Guide pricing starts from $349 for smaller properties and increases with size, condition and add-ons such as ovens, windows or carpet cleaning.

Does end-of-lease cleaning guarantee my full bond?

No cleaner can guarantee a full bond because claims may involve rent, damage or maintenance. SweepAway guarantees eligible cleaning issues within the booked scope.

What happens if something is missed?

Tell us within 24 hours. If the concern is within the agreed scope, we arrange one return visit to address it. T&Cs apply

Do I need to be home?

No. We can agree on key, concierge or lockbox access before the service.

Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?

Yes, unless your quote states otherwise or you ask us to use a particular suitable product.

Are windows included?

Standard cleans include basic reachable interior glass only when stated. Detailed window, screen, frame and track cleaning can be added.

How long does a clean take?

Time depends on the service, property size, condition, access and number of cleaners. We estimate it before confirming the booking.

Can I book weekly or fortnightly?

Yes. Recurring cleaning can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly, subject to availability.

Do you clean offices and shops?

Yes. Commercial work is quoted after a site walkthrough or a detailed scope.

What should I do before the cleaner arrives?

Secure valuables, arrange access, pick up loose personal items where practical and tell us about pets, parking or fragile surfaces.
