Welcome to SweepAway ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and services. By accessing or booking through https://sweepaway.odoo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

SweepAway offers cleaning services including domestic, commercial, and end-of-lease cleans. Services are subject to availability, location, and property condition. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the request unsafe, illegal, or unreasonable.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings can be made online or via phone.

• Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee of $50 may apply.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cleaner has arrived on-site.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST.

• Quotes are based on information you provide. Final cost may vary depending on actual site condition or extra time required.

• Full payment is due immediately upon job completion unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Access and Site Readiness

• You must provide safe access to the premises. If we are unable to enter or begin the job due to safety or inaccessibility, we may charge a call-out fee.

• You must notify us of any pets, alarms, hazards, or restricted areas.

5. Bond Back Guarantee – End of Lease Cleans

We offer a Bond Back Guarantee provided:

• The property was handed to us empty and in reasonable condition.

• You notify us within 72 hours with the agent’s written report listing cleaning-related issues.

• We only return to fix cleaning-related issues — not maintenance, damages, pest control, or wear and tear.

• Re-cleaning is one-time only and does not include new damage or post-cleaning use of the property.

We reserve the right to refuse a bond-back guarantee if the property was not quoted accurately or was excessively dirty (e.g., mould, hoarder conditions).

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the affected area — at our sole discretion — provided the issue is valid and related to our service.

7. Limit of Liability

• We are covered by Public Liability Insurance.

• We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Fragile items not disclosed or protected

  • Delays due to weather, illness, or access issues

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

• Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking

• Ensure property is accessible and safe

• Not misrepresent the job scope to receive cheaper quotes

• Pay any outstanding amounts on time

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of SweepAway and cannot be used without written permission.

10. Disputes

In case of a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution with us first. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and submitted to a local court.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
